9. Booking Confirmation, Fees and Payment

• a. Booking Confirmation
  You will receive a confirmation email of your booking, within 24 hours. You will receive an email of your driver’s details on the night one day before your travel date. If you do not receive the email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us via email or WhatsApp.
• b. Cancellation of Booking
  For full refund, cancellation has to be made at least 24 hours before the start of travel date.
• c. Modifications to Charges
  SGMYTAXISERVICE reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on this Website. Your use, or continued use, of the Services offered by SGMYTAXISERVICE following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.
• d. SGMYTAXISERVICE’s Rights and Obligations
  SGMYTAXISERVICE reserves the right to deny and cancel bookings or purchases of any Services that are deemed in violation of this policy. Such a determination is at SGMYTAXISERVICE’s sole discretion.
